Linux Version and Packaging Improvements

Just a quick update around distribution.  My previous demos were just zipping up my raw build output, but I finally decided to a put a little more polish around the "release" aspect of these demos so I've officially built the latest version using the dotnet publish workflow to create a completely standalone release with no external dependencies on the users machine.  I'm hoping it ensures that people can run this without issue no matter the software installed on their local machine. 

This also allowed me to build and package a Linux version!  I've only done basic testing on that version, so it may experience additional issues or (yikes!) crashes.
